Job Description:We are looking for a Chat Support Specialist to join our team at SIRIM Berhad in George Town, Penang, MY. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Chat Support Specialist will be responsible for providing timely and accurate support to users through online chat platforms. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a customer service role and possess confident and hardworking personality traits, along with strong negotiation and cooperation skills.

Responsibilities:- Engage with customers through online chat to provide support and assistance- Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a professional manner- Collaborate with internal teams to address and escalate complex customer issues- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding customer support operations

Requirements:- 2+ years of experience in a customer service role- Confident and hardworking personality traits- Strong negotiation and cooperation skills- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment- Familiarity with online chat platforms and customer support software- High school diploma or equivalent required
