About the roleND PAPER MALAYSIA(SELANGOR) SDN BHD is seeking two talented Chefs or Assistant Chefs to join their team in Selangor.
As a full-time Chef or Assistant Chef, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals and ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our staff.
What you'll be doing
Preparing and cooking a variety of dishes according to recipes and management specifications.
Ensuring the kitchen operates efficiently and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
Assisting in the development and testing of new menu items.
Providing guidance and training to kitchen staff.
Ordering and managing kitchen supplies and inventory.
Collaborating with the admin department to provide better experience to our staff.
What we're looking for
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chef or Assistant Chef in a professional kitchen environment.
Strong culinary skills and knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisine styles.
Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
Passion for food and a commitment to delivering high-quality dishes.
Certification or training in food safety and hygiene.
