As a Pastry/Baker Chef De Commis, this is your first taste of mastering the fundamentals of sourdough, viennoiserie & pastries.
In this role, you will take a deep dive into mastery of techniques through repetition, maintaining consistency in the face of pressure, & learning how to be a team player.
More than just being a workhorse, you will gain first-hand exposure of how team units collaborate & work.
Demonstrating genuine curiosity & tenacity on a daily basis will bring you to the next stage.
You will be required to maintain strong hygiene standards, organize your station, minimize wastage & optimize your mise en place.
You will be reporting directly to the CDPs & Sous Chef.
