JOB DESCRIPTION Develop new dessert and pastry recipes Prepare, bake, and present pastries, desserts, and baked goods in line with the establishment's recipes and standards.Ensure that all food items are prepared to the highest quality and consistency.Maintain a clean and organized work station, following strict hygiene and sanitation guidelines.Ensure that all kitchen equipment, utensils, and surfaces are cleaned and sanitized regularly.Comply with food safety regulations, including proper storage, handling, and disposal of food REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS Proven with at least 4-5 years' experience as a Chef de Partie, Demi Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.Graduated with a Diploma in pastry & bakery will be an advantageStrong culinary skills, with expertise in the specific section you will manage Excellent knowledge of ingredients, food handling, food hygiene, food preparation and cooking procedures for a specific stationAbility to consistently maintain a high quality of all food items and standards of presentation for a specific stationAbility to maintain high levels of hygiene and order in work area including chiller and freezers.Meticulous, keen attention to detail and creativityGood written and verbal communication skillsGood time management skillsBasic customer service skillsFlexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as needed.Primarily based in Puncak Alam, but must be open to working outstation as needed by business requirementsPreferably MALE only
