Generous on space and big hearted about making everyone feel welcome, offering 100 units of apartments & hotel rooms, all day dining restaurant, banquet hall, meeting rooms with other facilities.Our requirements for this job include:- **Minimum of Certificate, Diploma, or above in respective Hospitality Management or any related field.**:- **Proficient in MS Office Applications.**:- **Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.**:- **Good reading, writing and oral proficiency in both Malay & English languages.**:- **No criminal record.**:- **Assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes.**:- **Overseeing the maintenance of kitchen and food safety standards.**:- **Assisting with the management of food hygiene practices and monitoring portion and waste control.**:- **Knowledge and ability to run a section.
