Your primary role as a CDP is to participate in service & supervise stations under your care.
You will be required to maintain strong hygiene standards, organize your station, minimize wastage & optimize your mise en place.
You will also be required to communicate at a high level in-service with other team members.
You will be reporting directly to the Sous Chef & Management.
