Chef De Partie (Station Chef)

Responsibilities:
Preparing, cooking and presenting high-quality dishes in your designated station
Ensuring that all ingredients are fresh, properly handled and utilised efficiently
Maintaining a clean, organised and safe work environment in your station
Assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chefs with menu planning and recipe development
Providing training and guidance to junior kitchen staff
Adhering to all food safety and hygiene standards
Collaborating with the front-of-house team to deliver outstanding customer service
What we're looking for:
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role within a reputable restaurant or hotel kitchen
Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques, food preparation methods and plating skills
Excellent time management and multitasking abilities to work efficiently under pressure
Passion for creating innovative, flavourful dishes using high-quality ingredients
Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
Familiarity with food safety regulations and kitchen operations
