Chef Maintenance Officer

To conduct and carry out preventive maintenance and breakdown work in accordance to a schedule plan and perform regular checks on the M&E systems & facilities of the building.Conduct regular inspections of the properties including common areas lighting, equipment, public walkways and external facades.Ensure all mechanical and electrical, fire system, building automation systems and other equipment are always in working and good conditions.Co-ordinate and implement approved standard operating procedures (SOP).Plan, setup and execute preventive, predictive and corrective system to manage the day-to-day work and complaints.Process all work requests/orders that require urgent remedial/rectification works are immediately taken.To perform miscellaneous job-related duties as directed by our Directors/Managers.To train, monitor and supervise junior staff and work with subordinates to implement goals and objectives aligned with the company.Summary of role requirements:
