Responsibilities:Provide routine service support to manager in strategic district accounts to execute agreed upon customer system assurance and continuous improvement plans
Chemical inventory and equipment management
Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders in the strategic district accounts
Provide technical support to customers; identifying and resolving customer pain points
Engage in problem solving by performing system analysis, interpreting data and providing written recommendations to ensure customer operations are performing at optimal levels
Support services include: sample testing/analysis, maintenance, service report generation, monthly report generation, inventory management, ordering and general labor activities.
Follow Ecolab safety guidelines and incident reporting requirements
Requirements:Bachelor's in chemical engineering or equivalent
2 years of technical service or field sales support experience
Experience working with Microsoft Office#J-18808-Ljbffr
