Maintain product consistency, quality, and performance through ongoing research and development efforts.
Identify and assess new raw materials to improve product features and functionality.

QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in chemical formulation, ideally in the coil coating or paint industry.
