Chemist (R&D)

**Responsibilities**:- Conducting routine analysis of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.- Troubleshooting process issues, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions.- Conducting feasibility studies, formulation experiments, and product testing to assess performance and stability.- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards.- Analyzing experimental data and preparing reports to document findings, trends, and recommendations.- Preparing and maintaining accurate records of all experiments, analyses, and procedures performed in the plant and process.**Requirements**:- Degree in Chemical Process/ Chemical Engineering/ Chemistry or relevant (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).- Good discipline, willing to learn and share attitude.- Able to see through the entire project, from concept to finish.- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.- Troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.**Benefits**:- Competitive remuneration package- Outpatient Medical include direct family- Group Hospitalization & Surgical Scheme- Personal Accident Insurance- Allowance (travel stipends, transportation, outstation, etc.)- Sport Club, social, recreational and regular team activities- Personal development opportunities- Open culture**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to Friday**Experience**:- chemical engineering: 2 years (required)Expected Start Date: 04/01/2024
