Key Responsibilities :
Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
Enhance brand visibility and positioning across all touchpoints.
Oversee brand guidelines and ensure consistent messaging across campaigns.
Manage performance marketing campaigns (e.g., SEO, SEM, social media advertising).
Oversee content creation for digital platforms, including blogs, emails, and social media.
Leverage analytics tools to monitor campaign performance and optimize for ROI.
Lead the development of creative content strategies for targeted campaigns.
Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (online and offline) to drive customer engagement and acquisition.
Work closely with sales, product, and design teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals.
Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors as needed.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.
Provide regular reporting on campaign outcomes and market insights to senior management.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in a marketing role, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, platforms, and best practices.
Experience in data-driven marketing and analytics.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
