Develop a preventive maintenance program to maintain optimal facility conditions.
Respond to and resolve emergency maintenance issues promptly.Project Management:Plan and manage engineering projects, including renovations, upgrades, and improvements.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders for project execution.
Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.Safety and Compliance:Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations and building codes.
Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards.
Develop and enforce safety procedures and protocols to protect employees and guests.Budget and Inventory Management:Prepare and manage the engineering department's budget, including forecasting expenses.
Oversee procurement of tools, equipment, and supplies, ensuring cost-effective purchasing and inventory management.
Track and report on budget performance and adjust as necessary to meet financial goals.Operational Efficiency:Monitor and analyze system and equipment performance to identify areas for improvement.
