Position Summary:
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is responsible for providing strategic leadership, overseeing operations, and ensuring the sustainable development and growth of free zone. The CEO works closely with the board of directors, government bodies, and stakeholders to drive economic growth, attract investments, and maintain compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:

-Monitor market trends and emerging opportunities to ensure the free zone remains competitive and sustainable.
Operational Management:
-Oversee the day-to-day management of free zone operations, including tenant management, infrastructure development, and service delivery.
-Ensure operational efficiency and adherence to quality standards.
-Manage the performance of senior leadership and operational teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Stakeholder Engagement:
-Act as the primary spokesperson and representative of the free zone with government agencies, investors, and external stakeholders.
-Build strong relationships with local and international businesses to promote investment and trade.
-Coordinate with relevant authorities to ensure compliance with free zone regulations and guidelines.
Financial Oversight:
-Develop and manage the organization's budget to ensure financial sustainability and profitability.
