Qualifications & Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or business administration.
Master's degree in business administration (MBA) or a related field is often preferred.
Professional certifications like the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) can be advantageous.
Experience:
Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or a related field.
Good knowledge and experience in MFRS and also compliance for listed company.
Proven leadership experience in managing financial teams and operations.
Experience in strategic planning, financial analysis, and risk management.
Skills and Competencies:
Strong financial acumen and understanding of accounting principles.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact with senior management, investors, and external stakeholders.
Strong leadership and management abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements.

Overseeing financial planning and budgeting.
Preparing and analyzing financial reports.
Managing cash flow and investments.
Ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
Leading and managing the finance team.
Advising CEO on financial matters.
