DescriptionJob Title:Job Summary:The Chief Financial Officer will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of financial strategies, overseeing financial reporting and compliance, managing human resources, treasury and cash flow management, risk management, budgeting and forecasting, business partnering, capital management, and stakeholder communication. The ideal candidate will possess certification from the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA), proficiency in Chinese, English, and Malay, and proven experience working with public listed companies.
Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
Oversee financial reporting and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Manage human resources operations, including recruitment, compensation, benefits administration, performance management, and employee development.
Lead treasury and cash flow management, investment strategies, and borrowing arrangements.
Establish and monitor internal controls to safeguard the company's financial assets.
Lead budgeting and forecasting processes and provide recommendations for cost-saving measures and revenue enhancements.
Act as a strategic advisor to the Executive Director and senior leadership team.
Oversee capital expenditures and evaluate mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
Serve as the primary financial representative to the Board of Directors, executive team, and external stakeholders.
Requirements:Certification from the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA).
Proficiency in Chinese, English, and Malay.
Proven experience working with public listed companies.
Prior experience in managing Initial Public Offering (IPO) processes is an advantage.#J-18808-Ljbffr
