Job Description
• Setting company's IT & Innovation objectives and strategies and ensure that all systems necessary to support its operation and objectives are in place
• Help the organization navigate the way through digital changes
• Deliver Fintech & IT related services to the organization and responsible for ensuring that the business has an adaptable, secure, resilient, and effective IT infrastructure
• Oversee the use of Information Technology (IT) in our organization
• Oversee the technological infrastructure (networks and computer systems) in the organization to ensure optimal performance
• Direct and organize Fintech & IT-related projects
• Selecting and implementing suitable technology to streamline all internal operations and help optimize organization's strategic benefits
• Design and customizing technological systems and platforms to improve customer experience
• Plan the implementation of new systems and provide guidance to IT professionals and other staff within the organization
• Help businesses adopt new technologies include but not limited to using the Internet of Things (IoT) and evaluating related security challenges to the organization
• Monitor changes or advancements in technology to discover ways the company can gain competitive advantage
• Oversee the security, confidentiality, integrity, and availability of enterprise data without disrupting digital transformation and growth
• Provide leadership and oversees all staffs of the Fintech & Innovation team all cross trained and work in an effective manner
Job Requirements
• Degree Holder or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline
• 20 years working experience in financial service, banking and cross-functional teams
• Proven experience as CIO or similar managerial role
• Excellent knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure
• Preferably solid experience or demonstrated capability in leading digital transformational initiatives in complex and dynamic environments by taking advantage of digital opportunities to innovate business models and enable the digitalization of the business
• Solid understanding of data analysis, budgeting, and business operations
• Excellent analytical, strategic conceptual thinking, strategic planning, negotiation skills and execution skills
• Good command in written Chinese and English as well as fluency in spoken English, Cantonese, and Putonghua are essential#J-18808-Ljbffr
