Position OverviewWe are seeking a visionary and hands-onChief Marketing Officer (CMO)to develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy. This individual willlead the marketing team —recruiting, training, and managing talent for his team—and take ownership of our digital presence across channels. The CMO will play a crucial role inincreasing brand awareness, driving customer acquisition , andgrowing revenuethrough innovative strategies tailored to our market and products.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implementthe overall marketing strategy to drive growth, sales, and brand awareness.
Lead,hire, train, and managethe internal marketing team, ensuring high performance and collaboration.
Oversee digital campaignsacross PPC, SEO, social media, affiliate marketing, email marketing, and online portals.
Track, analyze, and optimizecampaigns to ensure high ROI and continuous growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teamsto align marketing efforts with business goals, product launches, and sales strategies.
Manage thecontent strategy , including website updates, social media, blog posts, and email campaigns.
Identify and executepartnerships, sponsorships, and collaborationsto increase visibility.
Develop KPIsand provide regular performance reports to the leadership team.
Research trendsand implement the latest tools and strategies to keep ahead of competitors.
Work closely with the sales team to alignlead generation effortsandcustomer acquisition goals.
Monitor competitors andmarket trendsto identify opportunities and areas for growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications5+ years of experiencein digital marketing, preferably with experience in leadership roles.
Proven track record inB2B and B2C markets , ideally within SaaS, ERP, e-commerce or IT service industries.
Expertise inPPC, SEO, affiliate marketing, social media marketing , andlead generation.
Strong analytical skills and experience with tools likeGoogle Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush , and ad platforms.
Project managementskills to manage multiple campaigns across various channels.
Familiarity withSaaS models , ERP solutions, and IT product marketing.
Experience inrecruiting, training, and managinghigh-performing teams.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability topresent insights and reportsto stakeholders.
Creative thinkerwith a strategic mindset and a passion for growth marketing.
High adaptability tomanage multiple projects and industries.
Experience in partnershipsand collaboration with influencers or agencies is a plus.
