Responsibilities:
Responsible for overseeing the planning, development and execution of a comprehensive marketing philosophy & strategy that aligns with organization's business goals.
Oversee the Business Development function for new client acquisition, connect with strategic partners to expand the business and generate new revenue.
Generate revenue by driving customer acquisition and retention through effective marketing strategies and develop our business with other partners or form alliances to expand our business.
Utilize digital channels and other offline channels to further marketing efforts.
Lead the Corporate Marketing team in the development and execution of effective marketing strategies.
Lead the Business Development team to expand our business in the market.
Oversee the organization's branding, digital & traditional marketing, event planning, public relations, and community outreach programs.
Develop a comprehensive marketing strategy and execute a sophisticated marketing plan, while effectively managing the brand.
Create synergies to expand brand exposure and leverage relationships with internal & external business partners.
Conduct marketing research, identify customers' needs and develop new customer channels.
Conduct thorough analysis on marketing ROI and successfully develop cost-effective solutions.
Develop and implement the organization's multi-channel, multi-segment marketing campaign based on industry-leading insight.
Expand, develop, and maintain media relationships to create a positive external and internal image associated with brand recognition.
Spearhead the creation and maintenance of the organization's digital footprint, while effectively utilizing SEO and SEM.
Create and implement innovative multi-channel acquisition strategies & campaigns via strong collaboration with product & sales.
Establish a powerful marketing funnel and ensure leads are qualified when entering the sales pipeline.
Design and execute ROI-driven campaigns via different digital channels such as product pages, search engines, display, video, KOLs, and social media portals.
Use digital analytics to forecast, track, measure, and analyze the performance tracking on the website, social media portfolio and evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or business.
15+ years' experience at a senior level in Marketing Management & Business Development in the financial services or banking industry.
Strategic thinking, results-oriented, superb analytical skills.
Demonstrated experience in Brand Strategy, Media, Digital/E-commerce, Social Media, Creative development, Customer Acquisition and Retention.
Solid experience in driving digital marketing & performance marketing strategies for customer acquisition and retention.
Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Thorough knowledge of marketing principles, brand, and product.
Deep understanding of changing market dynamics.
