Job ResponsibilitiesFinancial Strategy and Leadership:Lead the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) efforts, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial projections.
Financial Reporting and Oversight:Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and performance metrics.
Risk Management and Compliance:Identify, assess, and manage financial risks, ensuring the organization's financial stability and security.
Capital Management and Fundraising:Oversee the management of cash flow, capital structure, and financing strategies.
Team Leadership and Development:Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration, performance, and continuous improvement.
Cost Management and Efficiency:Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve operational efficiency, and reduce costs.
Strategic Decision Making:Work closely with the CEO and other executives to develop and execute the company's business strategy.
Medium- and Long-Term Strategic Goals:Participate in the formulation of the company's medium- and long-term strategic goals, and organize their implementation.
Position RequirementsEducation:Bachelor degree or above in accounting, financial management, economics or related majors; Master degree preferred, hold CPA, ACCA or equivalent professional qualification certificate.
Experience:More than 10 years of financial management experience, including more than 5 years of experience as a Financial Manager or equivalent position.
Skills and Knowledge:Familiar with the financial management model of group enterprises and international financial and tax regulations, with financial industry background preferred.
Proficient in financial management, capital operation, tax planning and cost control, with excellent financial analysis capabilities.
Familiar with capital operation and investment and financing management, with strong capital planning and risk management capabilities.
Experience in the implementation and management of information-based financial systems (such as ERP systems).
Excellent strategic planning capabilities and overall perspective, good at data analysis and resource integration.
Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to collaborate efficiently with multiple internal and external parties.
Strong stress resistance and problem-solving ability, able to promote business goals in a complex environment.Abilities:Able to adapt to frequent cross-regional business trips, including Hong Kong, Kuala Lumpur, Singapore, Taichung, Manila and other places.
Languages:Fluent in Chinese and English, strong language organization skills.
Experience in Culture Building:Experience in corporate culture development and transformation, and familiarity with optimizing a federal organizational structure.
