Chief Risk Officer Responsibilities To study and deliver all risk management frameworks set by BNM for financial institutions. To ensure that the development of policies, related documents and activities are in line with BNM Guidelines. To establish a risk management team and coordinate all risk related meetings. To provide consultative advisory to business units to ensure readiness and adequacy of risk management for all units/departments. To ensure that all outsourcing agreements contain terms and conditions that comply with regulations pertaining to risk managament. To assess outsourced providers to ensure risk management readiness during the tenure of agreement wherever possible. To develop and manage company-wide Risk Managament Program. To conduct training and awareness to staff on Risk Management. To coordinate risk management tests and submission of related reports to Management and Bank Negara Malaysia. To assist business units in resolving risk management issues. Requirements Bachelor's degree in related field and professional certification on BCM is an added advantage. 6 - 8 years working experience in risk management field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Possess good analytical, cognitive, planning and organizing skillset. Possess good business understanding in order to identify the risks to company and the different internal and external factors that can affect its performance.
