Job Description Design and drive the technology strategy in alignment with overall business goals Attract, retain and train a best-in-class team of software engineers, data scientists, and IT infrastructure (infrastructure, systems, and network) Drive the design the build of cutting-edge digital products, software & hardware offerings Work with cross-functional teams Evaluate and recommend new technology innovations that enhance our products and services Manage relationships with technology vendors and partners Build a strong framework for compliance with data privacy and security regulations Robust experience product and program management in digital product development preferably in payment ID and GSM industries The Successful Applicant Advanced degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field is preferred Minimum of 15 years of total experience with some as a CTO in a technology-driven organisation Strong understanding of software development, data management, and infrastructure Solid knowledge of latest trends and advancements in technology to ensure competitiveness Ability to lead and inspire a team of technology professionals Outstanding communication abilities Strong business acumen and strategic thinking Experience with agile development methodologies What's on Offer Michael Page International Pte Ltd | Registration No. ******** N
