Job Description Prepare food order as they are received by recipe and proper plate presentation Set up for lunch and dinner according to Chef de Parties instruction Always adhere to high of preparation, recipes, and presentation Use Chef de Partie as a resource to ensure seasoning, portion, and appearance of food Store unused food properly, adhere to first in first out principle, check expire date frequently Ensure that food from own station is delivered on time Confer closely with the kitchen team and take every opportunity to become familiar with all aspect of his or her position Adhere to all health, sanitation and food safety rule and regulation Report all potential and real hazard immediately and work in a safe manner Keep the highest standard of personal hygiene, dress, appropriate uniform, appearance, and conduct Always adhere to workplace and food safety requirement Accept flexible work schedule necessary Maintain own working area, material and company property clean, tidy and in good shape Help Steward when needed for the effective running of the restaurant Benefits 28 days paid holiday (8 days bank holiday + 20 days annual leave) Low rent accommodation provided (£50 a week) Pension scheme Incentive scheme (based on sales performance) Yearly bonus A return flight ticket in non-peak season once employment completed at least 2 years Staff meal provided Employer will cover the cost of the application Job Requirements Graduated in any culinary courses.
