Job Responsibilities:
Represent the company in a positive and professional manner while greeting patients, answering telephone calls, directing calls, and assisting in patient appointment bookings.
Handle front desk work including appointment scheduling, calls and inquiries, reminder messages, patient registration, and payment.
Responsible for all walk-ins or incoming telephone inquiries, and ensure smooth transition of patient flow for practitioners.
Organize and manage patient files and appointment bookings through calls.
Work well with everyone, from staff to patients, and be part of a clinic that's changing the face of healthcare in Setia Alam.
Qualifications:
Preferred multilingual candidate who can speak English and Malay (bonus points for Mandarin or other Chinese dialects).
Minimum SPM/UEC/Diploma (or equivalent).
With or without experience are welcome (training will be provided).
Ability to multi-task and work independently.
Positive and friendly attitude.
Hard Skills:
Fluency in English is a must, with proficiency in Mandarin, Hokkien, and Malay highly desirable.
Competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for document creation and data management.
Ability to use EHR software for managing patient files and appointments.
Soft Skills:
Proactivity and responsibility in handling tasks without continuous oversight.
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with both patients and team members.
Teamwork and collaboration skills, including cooperating on group projects and assisting chiropractors on corporate visits.
A caring and patient-centered mindset geared toward providing an excellent patient experience.
