Cinema Crew Part Time ( Plaza Gurney )

Job ResponsibilityProvide excellent customer service to the customers.
Attend to inquiries or feedback from the customers.
Adhere to the Company Standard Operating Procedures.
Ensure hygiene of the Cinema premises & equipment.
Handle point of sales system.
Regular hall checking to ensure movie pictures, sound, and subtitles are clear.
Job RequirementsSecondary school level and above.
Passionate about the entertainment industry.
Service-oriented and able to multi-task.
Ability to work well with others.
Able to perform rotating shifts including public holidays, weekends, and beyond midnight (late shift up to 4am).
