In this position, you will be supporting FIB circuit edit debug, sample preparation and NG circuit edit and sample prep technology and capability development. Your responsibilities will include the following:
Performing hands-on FIB circuit edits and sample prep to repair/modify Intel's NG products manufactured on advanced fab process technology like 14nm and 10nm.
Responsible for development of NG circuit edit and sample prep capability and circuit editing and sample prep tools/processes through innovation and collaboration with internal and external developers/suppliers.
Close interaction and communication with Component Debug and Circuit Edit Lab teams.
Remote FIB, edit design and sample prep support to MVE Debug Labs design customers.
Able to work with minimum supervision and strategic direction.
Must be able to demonstrate ability to prioritize, handle multiple tasks, advance level problem solving, and work in a team environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with results and goal orientation attitude required.
Risk taking, innovative problem solving and Copy Exact Lean manufacturing methodology will be part of this job requirement.
Qualifications:
BS/MS in Electrical/Electronics Engineering and/or Material Science.
- Fundamental knowledge of advanced CMOS-VLSI circuits, electronics, device physics and Fab process flows.
- Ability to read circuit schematics and layout.
- Wide range of electronics and failure analyses tools operation and capability development experience.
- Good understanding of FA/Debug tools such as FIB, microprober, curve tracer, oscilloscope, scanning electron microscope (SEM), Dual Beam SEM/FIB, Optical and Infrared microscopy as well as circuit layout database.
- Advanced understanding of LINUX, PC skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project.
