This will include but not be limited to:virtual desktops. This includes setting up policies, access controls, and security configurations.- Citrix Farm Management: Monitoring and managing Citrix farms and environments to ensure high availability, performance, and scalability. This involves troubleshooting and resolving issues- Performance Optimization: Analyzing and fine-tuning the Citrix environment to optimize performance, responsiveness, and user experience. This includes monitoring resource utilization,troubleshooting performance bottlenecks, and implementing performance enhancements.multi-factor authentication, managing access controls, and ensuring compliance with relevant security standards.- Documentation and Training: Creating and maintaining technical documentation, including system configurations, installation procedures, and troubleshooting guides. Providing training andsupport to end-users and IT staff on Citrix technologies and best practices.operation of Citrix infrastructure with other systems. Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve user issues and incidents.- Responsible for ensuring high availability, performance, and security of the Citrix environment while providing technical support to users.Key Skills required for this role:- Strong problem solving and communication skills.- Previous relevant experience as a Citrix Engineer- Deep understanding of Citrix environment- Ability to work on own initiative.- Ability to fully understand customer requirements.What does Access offer you?
