Job ResponsibilitiesStudy and understand construction drawings and organize workers, materials, and machinery to carry out daily construction on site.
Supervise the construction progress, transportation of materials, conduct safety inspections, and solve problems on-site.
Supervise the site construction including manpower, materials, and machinery to ensure the progress meets the requirements of the overall work program, the quality meets the requirements of drawings and specifications, and the ESH meets the requirements of SOP.
Take over the materials procured by the Procurement Department, and make arrangements for manpower and machinery on unloading.
Assist with calculating the quantity of each item in BQ according to drawings.
Any ad hoc tasks assigned by superior.
QualificationsEducation: Diploma or bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related fields.
Software: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Auto CAD, and basic SketchupPro.
Willingness to travel among project sites and outstation if needed.
