Supervise and manage day-to-day construction activities.Ensure projects are on schedule and meet deadlines.Monitor and maintain quality standards in construction work.Coordinate tasks and activities among teams.Enforce safety protocols and ensure a secure work environment.Maintain accurate records of construction progress and issues.Communicate with clients and address concerns or queries.Diploma or degree in civil engineering or related field.Previous experience in construction supervision.At least 3 years of relevant experience in the construction industry, with experience in building.Understanding of construction processes and materials.Effective communication with contractors, and workers.Opportunities for growth within construction management.Continuous learning in construction processes and project management.
