Job Scope:The job scope includes handling all works related to civil and commercial litigation, as well as arbitration proceedings, including attending court for hearings at the Superior Courts.
Familiarity with online research tools is required.
Additionally, the candidate should be able to perform ad-hoc legal tasks assigned by the firm.Qualifications and Requirements:A candidate with a good law degree who has been admitted to the Malaysian Bar with 1-3 years of civil litigation experience is preferred.
Newly admitted members of the bar are encouraged to apply.
Experience in arbitration will be an advantage.
