Job Description:
CIVIL LITIGATION (LEGAL ASSOCIATES)
1.
Prepare all cause papers and submissions.
2.
Attend trial, hearings, and court appearances.
3.
Attend to clients.
CHAMBERING PUPIL
1.
Assist lawyers in preparing cause papers and legal documents.
2.
Conduct legal research.
3.
Carry out tasks assigned by lawyers from time to time.
Qualifications and Requirements:
CIVIL LITIGATION (LEGAL ASSOCIATES)
1.
Able to work independently.
2.
Able to handle multiple tasks and complete entrusted tasks within the requisite time.
3.
Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (Spoken and Written); preferably Chinese and Cantonese (Spoken).
4.
Able to work under pressure, committed, and meet tight deadlines.
5.
Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with people.
6.
Good working attitude, self-motivated with initiatives and responsibility; a good team player.
7.
Excellent research skills.
8.
Able to fit into a vibrant and energetic office culture.
