Job Summary This position requires to manage current and new infrastructure capabilities and execute project assignment given to the department including managing design and construction for new projects and participate in the Third Party development such as Data Centres and development proposal. This role shall also be responsible to monitor project cash flow, managing traffic configuration throughout the park and mitigate project risk.
Job Responsibilities Study, propose and manage infrastructure requirement accordance to Authorities requirement including changes to the requirement, Sub-Lessee requirement and statutory requirement.Identify commitment, manage and coordinate Third Party development relating to design, Authorities regulations (ie. PTKL 2040), MRANTI development guidelines and MSC guidelines.Liaise and negotiate with Clients, Consultants, Stakeholders, project team and all the relevant parties on data collection, design preparation, project planning and construction works.Manage projects from inception to completion accordance to the approved SOP, contract requirements and regulatory requirements.Develop project management strategy, monitor project cash flow and initiate corrective action as and when required.Identify risk, manage/mitigate risk and provide contingency planning during roadblocks.Participate tendering stage, conduct project review, produce detailed report, and ensure project closure.Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Superior. Job Requirements Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or other related field.Candidates with PMP certification or equivalent project management qualification is preferredPossesses professional certification from relevant bodies, i.e. Board of Engineers Malaysia, CIDB will be added advantagePossesses at least 15 years of relevant infrastructure construction experience, i.e. roadworks, highwayRequired a minimum 5 years of infrastructures design office experience Proven track record in coordinating with third-party developers, consultants, and stakeholders in compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements.Strong understanding of local authorities' infrastructure and regulatory requirements, including Sub-Lessee and statutory obligations.Strong leadership with the ability to liaise, negotiate, and collaborate effectively with clients, consultants, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities.Expertise in identifying and mitigating project risks with the ability to develop contingency plans.Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in managing ad-hoc tasks or unexpected roadblocks.
