We also offer services such as Horizontal Directional Drilling for telecommunication, water work, and power distribution.
We provide Facility Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil & Building Elements and have established the Quality Policy below as part of our Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001 requirements.
Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in the related field.
Diploma/SPVM in civil or equivalent academic experience.
Have excellent communication skills.
Duties and Responsibilities:
i.
Responsible to attend breakdown for civil works.
ii.
Responsible to perform routine inspection for building.
iii.
Responsible to take reading as per daily checklist.
iv.
Ensure all complaints and breakdowns are attended to on time.
v. Responsible to assist/monitor outsource contractor for civil works.
vi.
Carry out daily operation and maintenance works and ensure promptly respond to the maintenance repair request or breakdown notice in accordance to the priority and response time.
vii.
Record and feedback all the maintenance & repair request to Supervisor and Manager.#J-18808-Ljbffr
