Assist in the processing of insurance claims, including data entry, document preparation and verification, basic claims processing tasks, scanning and e-filing. Assist in organizing and digitizing claim related documents, ensure records are accurate, well maintained and easily accessible in the database or electronic filing system. Assist in providing claim processing support including handling claim notification, policy validation check, claims acknowledgement, registration, appointment of service provider etc. Communicate with clients including sending status updates, requesting additional information and answering basic enquiries. Communicate with service providers and internal stakeholders to gather necessary information and documentation for claim processing. Perform quality checks on processed claims to identify errors, inconsistencies, or deviations from company standards. Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) based on the test script provided. Assist in meeting compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in all aspects of claims administration. To assist superiors on any other matters arising as requested from time to time or when necessary. Job Requirements Degree / Diploma holder preferably in Insurance or related discipline. Preferably met minimum requirements. Experience in an administrative role, preferably in the insurance or claims industry. Good in communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Proficiency with computers, particularly Microsoft Office applications.
