ResponsibilitiesResponsible for ensuring that all admission (under health card and Corporate Company) are able to obtain Initial Guarantee Letters upon admission and Final Guarantee Letter upon discharge.
Responsible for handling issues/problems raised by patients or encountered pertaining to processing of Health Card and Corporate Company Guarantee Letters.
To process registration and obtain Guarantee Letters / Medical Claim Forms for Outpatient treatment under Health Card and Corporate Company.
To communicate with internal colleagues & external parties (patient & insurance company) on the Guarantee Letter matters.
To ensure all patients' coverage or entitlement of the hospitalization and follow up have been updated into system on daily basis.
Job Requirement• Possess at least SPM/ Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
• At least one year of clerical office or administration experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge with accounting system is an advantage.
• Excellent mathematics and problem-solving skills.
• Able to consistently meet deadlines and to work well under pressure.
• Able to handle customer queries calmly.
• Team player and able to work closely with stakeholders.
