Description Primary Objective: Responsible to handle the following (listed) portfolios and ensure all the related claims arefairly & promptly settled in accordance with the Company's guidelines / Claims Manual,BNM & PIAM guidelines.• Liability/Bond/WCA ClaimsKey Responsibilities: Ensure prompt processing of claims including appointment of adjusters.2.
Arrange bordereaux meeting with panel of adjusters on monthly basis.3.
Report to Unit Head/ Head, BA/FA on performance of panel Adjusters on quarterly basis.4.
Verify, assess and approve promptly all claims within authority and for claims exceeding authorityto process, recommend and submit to Unit Head/ Head, BA/FA for approval.5.
To refer immediately any complaints received from Customers, Branches, BNM, PIAM, OFS andIntermediaries to Unit Head/ Head, BA/FA so that these are promptly and effectively monitoredand resolved within the time frame.6.
To ensure all claims suspected having fraud elements or in violation of policy conditions arebrought to attention of Head, BA/FA & in his/ her absence to HOD/ CEO.7.
Ensure all necessary advices to Treaty Reinsurers/ XOL are adhered to as laid down under theReinsurance agreement.8.
To ensure all recoveries are actively pursued.9.
To monitor and review all files including aging cases effectively and within the time frame.10.
To monitor and review files on yearly basis.11.
Any other duties as may be assigned by the Company from time to time.
Requirements Requirements: Bachelor Degree - Degree holder.
