Job DescriptionData processing of medical claims and claims payments.
Liaising with panel healthcare providers on necessary documentation.
Reviewing claim submissions and verifying the information.
Recording and maintaining insurance policy and claims information in a database system.
Determining policy coverage and calculating claim amounts.
Job RequirementsFresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English (both verbal and written).
Able to do shift work.
Good administrative and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure.
High attention to detail.
