Data Entry clerk

* Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate
in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Law or equivalent.
* Must be fluent in Malay & English
* At least 1-2 Year(s) of working experience preferably in conveyancing (legal) field.
If candidates have experiences in
administrative/management/accounting field/marketing/etc, they are encouraged to apply for this post.
* Computer literate (MS Word/Access/Excel).
Knowledge in other IT skills is a surplus point.
* There are two vacancies for legal clerks candidates.
Job Responsibilities:

* Performing data entry.
* Attend call and update clients on status.
* Assist Lawyers at daily basis on conveyancing matters.
* Able to work independently with minimum supervision and able to work under pressure.
* Able to work over-time on weekends and after office hours when required (remunerations shall be given to the selected candidates).
* Clear conveyancing files assigned (guidance will be given from time to time).
