Clerk Of Work (Contract)

This is a 6 months contract Clerk of Work (on subcontractor side) position where you will be based full-time at site in Kuching, overseeing demolition and upgrading interior design (ID) works for prayer room.
Company HQ is in KL.Responsible For The Following:Supervise and monitor installation work at site to ensure it complies with the design and technical specifications.
Keeping track of project timeline and deadline.
Preparing progress reports, site diaries, and daily logs for submission to clients.
Attend meetings and provide input on site conditions, progress, and any technical issues.Minimum Requirements:A diploma or degree in Construction Management or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
At least 1-3 years of experience in interior designing, construction or a related field.
Good written and verbal communication skills in Malay and English.
Proficient in the use of office applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, Excel).
Have own vehicle and valid driving license.
