HIRING!Position: Clerk of Work (C.O.W) -ContractLocation: Kuantan, PahangRequirements:b) Other skills required : Microsoft Office - Word, Excel Power Point & Project.c) A team player, strong sense of responsibility, proactive and able to work under minimum supervision.d) Possess a minimum three (3) years of working experience in construction industry.e) Able & Willing to travel independently, possess own transport and driving license (applicant will be based at Kuantan, Pahang)a) To inspect and ensure that works carried out and done (architectural, structural, infrastructure and mechanical & electrical) by contractors / subcontractors are in accordance with drawings, specification and building contract, procedures and instructions including material delivered to site.b) Assist daily in monitoring, inspection, supervision of the contractors and subcontractors to ensure completion of works as per the schedule and in accordance with the drawings and specification.c) To read and check all construction drawings, specifications, contract documents and method statement, report for any discrepancies.d) To keep record daily all construction activities at site and report to superior of any problems.e) To check and ensure the quality and workmanship for all works within acceptable tolerance practice.f) To joint site evaluation on contractor's work done, site meeting, and any relevant meeting.g) To handle defect complaints by clients after handing over of project (cpc) and coordinate with contractors to rectify defect and handover in good.**Job Types**: Full-time, ContractContract length: 12 months**Salary**: RM2,500/++ per month (inclusive site allowance)**Job Type**: Contract**Salary**: RM2,500.00 per monthSchedule:- Day shift- Monday to FridayAbility to Commute:- Kuantan (required)Ability to Relocate:- Kuantan: Relocate before starting work (required)
