Highly motivated individuals who are seeking exciting career opportunities are invited to join us.**RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Responsible for the supervision and monitoring of construction works in accordance with the contracts and construction drawings especially in respect of specifications, quality and time of completion.- To ensure that all materials delivered to site conforms to the approved specifications and the project's inspection test plan.- To identify all remedial / outstanding works to be carried out and to ensure that those works are carried out by the contractors within the time stipulated in the contracts.- To regularly report to relevant superiors on the progress of the works and the problem areas encountered especially in respect of defective, outstanding or non-conforming works or delayed works.- To keep all relevant forms, documents, correspondence and records in respect of the progress of works such as daily work record which encompasses labour force, machinery and weather records.- Upon completion of work, to carry out final inspections and handovers including ensuring that all as built drawings are prepared and a copy kept with relevant superiors prior to issuance of certificate of practical completion.- To control all relevant project documents and data.- Prepare reports on progress, site activities and all other related matters.- Attend all project and progress meeting as per meeting schedule.- Any and all other duties as and when assigned from time to time by the superior/management.**REQUIREMENTS**:- Minimum Diploma in Engineering / Architecture- At least 5-10 years of working experience in site supervision of construction and property development.- Familiar with Qlassic / Conquas.- Officially registered as IOW.- Comprehensive knowledge of Architecture or Interior Design work is pre-requisite.- Good knowledge of the relevant statutory requirements.- Good organizational and project management skills.- Able to liaise effectively with consultants, authorities and contractors- Able to work 5.5 days a weekVacancy Location : Parit Buntar, Perak**Job Type**: ContractContract length: 24 months**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to Friday**Experience**:- Construction management: 2 years (preferred)**Language**:- English, (preferred)Willingness to travel:- 75% (preferred)
