Job Summary
The Client Account Manager will manage and expand relationships with key clients, ensure their needs are met, and identify opportunities for additional sales. The ideal candidate will have excellent client management skills, a strong understanding of FMCG products, and a proven ability to drive revenue growth. The role involves a mix of client servicing, sales, and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities:
-Client Relationship Management:
-Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
-Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, addressing their needs and resolving any issues.
-Sales and Revenue Growth:
-Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.
-Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and enhance client satisfaction.
-Client Retention:
-Implement strategies to retain and grow existing client accounts.
-Set appointments and conduct regular face-to-face meetings with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and address their needs.
-Monitor client accounts, track performance, and provide regular updates to clients.
-Market and Product Knowledge:
-Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
-Use product knowledge to provide clients with relevant and valuable information.
-Reporting and Analysis:
-Prepare reports on account performance, sales activities, and market trends.
-Analyze client data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
