About the roleThis is a full-time Client Account Manager position based in Gelugor, Penang Island.
You will be responsible for proactively managing and developing strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving ongoing business with existing clients of MERCURY CONSULTANCY.
What you'll be doing
Manage and develop relationships with a portfolio of key clients.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional support via email, phone, and messaging platforms.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions using our CRM system.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and an exceptional client experience.
Analyze client data and usage trends to identify areas for improvement and growth.
Perform essential office tasks, including research, data analysis, and reporting.
Assist in the development of client proposals and presentations.
What we're looking for
Education:Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience:Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a client-facing account management or relationship management role.
Skills:Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills, with the ability to find creative solutions to meet client needs.
Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.Languages:Proficiency in English and Mandarin (Cantonese is a plus).
