Job DescriptionIf you have a knack for effective communication, negotiation, and organizational skills, then we are looking for you!
Responsibilities:
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
Providing excellent customer service and addressing client concerns and inquiries.
Sourcing for new leads or following up on inbound sales.
On-site meetings, presenting and proposing IP ServerOne solutions to clients whenever required.
Analyzing client data to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services.
Preparing quotations and invoices for clients.
Negotiating contracts and agreements with clients.
Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide clients with the most current and relevant information.
Representing the company at industry events and conferences whenever required.
Preparing sales forecast and sales report.
Qualification Requirement:
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree with a related field or equivalent practical experience.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (speaking, writing, and reading). Third language fluency is an added advantage.
2 – 3 years of relevant working experience in the service industry will be an added advantage.
Knowledge of Business and IT (Cloud, Hosting, Networking, or Data center services).
Essential experience in Microsoft Office – Outlook/Word/Excel/PowerPoint.
