Overall responsible as specialist in supporting Account Managers to engage and follow up with customers, on opportunities towards award of contract. Detailed activities include:
-Maintaining in-depth product knowledge in assigned customer segment. Work closely with Account Managers in liaising with clients on requirements clarifications; develop solutions, proposal writing, presentation, samples and proposal submission, leading towards award of contract.
-Also support Account Managers in preparation for tender submission.
-Develop proof-of-concept and facilitate demonstration to clients on feasibility of solutions.
-Plan and work closely with Procurement, Warehouse and Operations to coordinate and ensure timeliness in project delivery, as well as with Technical Support in addressing any client's feedback and/or complaints at first instance.

; Requirements:-
-Experience and Education: minimum 2-3 years working experience with respective stints in capacity of pre-sales, in similar industry, with at least a diploma (or equivalent) in any general business majors.
-Personality: sense of ownership, responsibility, logical thinking, and effective planning, being proactive, details-oriented, and as a team player, also being firm and persuasive, and being honest. Good telephony and email writing skills, as well as good interpersonal communication and negotiation skills, including public speaking.
-Language: proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (oral and written); Mandarin and Cantonese (basic oral) would be an added advantage.
-Travelling: willing to make short stints (up to 1 week) of trips.
-IT Literacy: familiar with Microsoft office Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and good to know SAP Business One.
