Client Manager

Job Description Drive sales of IT products, solutions, services, and maintenance. Execute marketing strategies to promote products and services. Achieve and Exceed targets set by the Company. Collaborate with pre-sales support to devise effective marketing strategies and boost sales. Identify and cultivate customer needs, expanding the customer base across commercial, industrial, and end-user sectors. Scout and capitalize on new business opportunities within existing customer base and emerging markets. Ensure on-time project implementation and sign-off. Facilitate timely payment collection from customers. Foster strong working relationships and collaboration within the team. Requirements A minimum of Diploma/Degree qualification is preferred. Minimum 5 years of experience in sales. Demonstrated patience and confidence in client interactions. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. Results-driven with a focus on customer satisfaction. Mature, self-motivated, proactive, and independent. Proficiency in Chinese, English, and Malay is preferred. Committed, results-oriented, and capable of handling pressure. Enthusiastic, hardworking, and persistent. Malaysian citizenship required.
