Client Manager

Drive sales of IT products, solutions, services, and maintenance. Execute marketing strategies to promote products and services. Achieve and Exceed targets set by the Company. Collaborate with pre-sales support to devise effective marketing strategies and boost sales. Identify and cultivate customer needs, expanding the customer base across commercial, industrial, and end-user sectors. Scout and capitalize on new business opportunities within existing customer base and emerging markets. Ensure on-time project implementation and sign-off. Facilitate timely payment collection from customers. Foster strong working relationships and collaboration within the team. Requirements A minimum of Diploma/Degree qualification is preferred. Minimum 5 years of experience in sales. Demonstrated patience and confidence in client interactions. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. Results-driven with a focus on customer satisfaction. Mature, self-motivated, proactive, and independent. Proficiency in Chinese, English, and Malay is preferred. Committed, results-oriented, and capable of handling pressure. Enthusiastic, hardworking, and persistent. Malaysian citizenship required.
