Duties and responsibilities:
Provide professional customer support to drive revenue and increase profitability for our clients businessEnsure client satisfaction with our product and servicesAddress clients' concerns effectively through various communication channelsEstablish a trusted strategic advisor relationship with our clientsMaintain sustainable relationships with clients through active engagement and open communicationProvide appropriate solutions or alternatives in the most effective/efficient manner to resolve customers issuesCoordinate with English-speaking colleagues/customers, translate and communicate their concerns to the Mandarin-speaking clients for resolutionAct as client advocate, liaise with their customers, mediate and settle disputes with their best interest in mindPromptly follow up with the relevant parties to ensure resolution and customer recoveryTake orders from Mandarin-speaking customers for our clientsQualifications
