Client Relation Executive- Melaka

Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.- Required Skill(s): Skill (s) : communication, problem solving- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Sales - Engineering/Technical/IT or equivalent.- Good Team Player- Possess own transport and willing to travel.- Fresh graduate are encourage to apply.Job Scope:- Liase effectively with sales team to generate a useful background to each customer- Responsible for overall client satisfaction with company products and service.- To drive increase company revenue and ensure growth of customer base.- Deal with product and service related enquiry and offer advice or presents to clients.- Initiative in resolve any difficulties and complaints from clients and identify new business opportunity.- Attend meeting and work closely with internal team to ensure client enquiry is successfully closed.- Develop and manage details scheduling and plan to ensure meeting clients requirement consistently.- Attend meeting with clients.- Generate weekly and monthly activity and sales report.Benafit:- Performance Bonus- Annual Dinner- Insurance- Medical- 5 working day**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Opportunities for promotionSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Performance bonusExpected Start Date: 04/01/2024
