Assist Mandarin - speaking clients with their needs, including account inquiries, transaction processing, and problem resolution.3. Maintain a deep understanding of our financial products and services to effectively address customer questions and concerns.4. Process and verify financial transactions, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.5. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall service delivery.6. Maintain detailed and accurate customer recorder in our CRM system.7. Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and recommend improvements to our services.8.
